Any coupon at checkout returns 500 from a case mismatch in the handler keys.

What we found

The issue reproduced: checkout with any coupon (SAVE20, TENOFF, HALF) returns HTTP 500 instead of applying the discount.
The strongest evidence is a KeyError raised in the discount handler lookup, surfaced by FastAPI as a 500.
Checkout without a coupon works correctly, so the fault is isolated to the coupon path.

What to do next: Lowercase the coupon kind values, or key DISCOUNT_HANDLERS by the uppercase kinds.

Likely cause

COUPONS stores kind as uppercase ('PCT', 'FIXED') but DISCOUNT_HANDLERS keys are lowercase ('percent', 'fixed'), so the lookup at coupons.py:24 misses every time.
